RETURNS

Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Kadjoé Design we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn, unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant or wear) and still have the original tags and labels. This applies to any item dispatched to us within 5 business days of receipt by you.

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

If you wish to return the item please email us at info@kadjoedesign.com with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your item(s).

Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers’ credit card.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Kadjoé Design when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking number.

Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. We will refund the shipping costs if there has been an error with the order.

All items purchased during sales or in the sale section are eligible for return for store credits only.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

Upon receipt of your package, processing time for refunds takes about 2-4 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. Please contact your bank for processing times on their end.

Pack your merchandise surely in the original product packaging. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including parts and accessories).

EXCHANGES

This applies to any item dispatched to us within 5 business days of receipt by you.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Kadjoé Design when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking number.

Feel free to be picky. You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge.

If you want to treat yourself even more and the replacement costs extra, not a problem, you can pay for the difference via paypal (kadjoe.design@gmail.com) or cashapp ($KadjoeDesign).

If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We’ll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment methods.
